RETURNING MEMBERS: Registration will start during our Kick-off on August 26th. Each member will need to turn in TWO copies of the youth medical authorization form, a member information form, and their $65 registration payment. See below for all forms.
ALL parents and youth interested in joining our 4-H club should plan to attend our Kick-Off Meeting on Sunday, August 26th from 3:30-5:00 PM. We meet at River 47 church, 250 S Prospect, Orange.
You'll be able to see the projects offered for 2018-19 and interact with project leaders, junior/teen leaders, and 4-H members.
Registration for 2018-19 OABB-4-H will begin at this meeting. If you have attended a general meeting, you can turn in your paperwork and check. If not, you can do it on Sept 11th after the general meeting.

- ONE copies of the ADULT medical authorization form (see below)
- $16 insurance payment. - make checks to OABB
- **NEW VOLUNTEERS must complete a background check before working with youth. The CCLs will talk with you in more detail in person.

To enroll members in projects, members will list projects in order of desirability on their membership form. On Sept 12th enrollments will begin to be processed. The enrollment committee will go through and place each member in their most desired project possible. They will go through the pile a second time and place each member into the next available project on their list, continuing in this manner until all enrollments are processed or until a project is full. Hopefully this will allow all members to get a project they really want.
A listing will be sent out by September 22, 2018 with the project assignments. Once you have your child's projects, you will do the on-line registration. Information will be sent out for that in September.
Last day to drop from OABB with a return of your fees will be Sept 30th.
