Project participants – and their parents – will get to experience a different topic at each meeting; with an emphasis on offering a preview of the different projects that may be of interest as the children grow in 4-H. Meetings might include things such as crafting, animals/agriculture, photography, cooking/baking, and outdoor excursions. The Cloverbud project aims to expose primary-aged 4-H’ers to a multitude of opportunities for learning, leadership, creativity, community and fun!
Age range: 5-8 (primary members)
Number of participants: approx. 10
Meeting dates/times: TBD
Meeting location: Varies between leader’s home and locations of excursions
Competitions/Showmanship: Opportunities for participation in Presentation Day and Imaginology will be offered.
Estimated costs: Approximately $3-8 per meeting, dependent on the activity and supply costs, admissions for field trip locations, etc. Every effort will be made to keep fees low.
